Weekly rental rates are as follows:High Season21/6/08 - 30/8/08 £495 Mid Season26/4/08 - 20/6/08 £425 30/9/08 - 27/9/08 Low SeasonThe rest of the year £345 A deposit of 30 percent of the total rent must be paid on booking. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. The remainder to be paid four weeks before arrival, together with a £100 returnable deposit against breakages. Rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday (check in after 3pm, departure by 11am), but weekend and midweek stays may be available by arrangement. Linen, towels, electricity and gas are included in the cost. An extra charge will be made for central heating for winter stays, extra linen for the sofa bed, or pool towels. The apartment has two sun loungers, two garden chairs and a bistro table. It also has a private parking space. Car hire is recommended and there are plenty of options (Avis, Europcar, Hertz, National, SixT) in the arrivals hall at Pisa airport (www.pisa-airport.com).
